Every order is prepared with care. We want your beautiful yarns, knitting accessories and carefully selected pieces to arrive safely — and we believe in giving you a realistic delivery estimate rather than promising next-day service.

Order preparation

We normally prepare and dispatch orders within 2–4 business days after payment has been confirmed. This includes checking, packing and preparing your order for shipment.

Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding Dutch public holidays. Orders placed during weekends, holidays or exceptionally busy periods may take a little longer to prepare.

Estimated delivery times

These are estimated total delivery times from the date of your order, including preparation and transport:

Delivery times are estimates, not guaranteed arrival dates. They can vary depending on your destination, the selected shipping service, public holidays, customs clearance and carrier conditions. If a particular product requires more time, we will let you know.

Shipping costs & complimentary shipping

Available shipping options, applicable rates and any complimentary-shipping eligibility are shown at checkout before you place your order. Costs depend on the delivery destination and the selected shipping method.

Tracking your order

Once your order has been dispatched, we will send a shipping confirmation. When tracking is available for the chosen shipping service, the confirmation will include a tracking link so you can follow your parcel.

International orders & customs

We welcome international orders to destinations available at checkout. For deliveries outside the European Union, local import duties, customs charges or taxes may apply. These charges are set by local authorities and may be payable by the recipient unless explicitly included at checkout.

Delays or a missing parcel?

If your order has not arrived within the estimated timeframe, please contact us with your order number. We will help you check the delivery status and, when necessary, investigate with the shipping carrier. Your statutory consumer rights remain unaffected.
